Ingredients:


• 2 racks of baby back pork ribs

• 1 cup BBQ sauce

• 1 tsp smoked paprika

• 1 tsp chili powder

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 275°F.


2. Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs by sliding a butter knife under the membrane and using a paper towel to grab the edge of the membrane and peel off.


3. Mix together the smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.


4. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, getting them fully coated.


5. Place the ribs onto a foil-lined baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2-3 hours until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.


6. Remove the foil and brush the BBQ sauce onto both sides of the ribs.


7. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F, and bake the ribs for an additional 10-15 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
