This is an excellent snack that is a healthy meat snack that is rich in nutrients and low in calories. It can easily be stored for quite a long time without refrigeration. Over the years beef jerky has become a very popular snacks.It’s easy to make, and you can adjust the spice level to your liking. Today, I’m going to share with you a Beef Jerky recipe that you can make at home.

Ingredients:

 1 lb beef (flank steak, sirloin, or other lean cuts)

 1/4 cup soy sauce

 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

 1 tablespoon honey

 1 teaspoon onion powder

 1 teaspoon garlic powder

 1/2 teaspoon black pepper other lean cuts)

 1/4 cup soy sauce

 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

 2 tablespoons brown sugar

 1 teaspoon garlic powder

 1 teaspoon onion powder

 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Optional:

If you want to add some extra flavor, you can sprinkle some chili powder, smoked paprika, or cayenne pepper onto the beef strips before you bake them.

Instructions:

1. Trim off any excess fat from the beef and slice it into thin strips.

2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

3. Place the beef strips into the bowl and use your hands to massage the marinade into the meat.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

5. Preheat your oven to 170°F (or use a food dehydrator if you have one).

6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the beef strips on it, leaving some space in between each piece.

7. Bake the beef for 4-6 hours (or until it's fully dried out). Check on it every hour and flip the pieces over to make sure they dry evenly.

8. Once the beef jerky is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.

9. Store it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
