Ingredients
Paneer ( cottage cheese) - 500 gramOnion - 2 piece
Tomato - 250 gram
Curd - 125 gram
Cashew - 50 gram
Ginger - 15 gram
Garlic - 15 gram
Turmeric powder- half spoons
Red chili powder - half spoons
Garam masala - 2 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Green coriander
Instructions
First cut the paneer in the size of your choice and then fry in cooking oil as per requirement. Make sure that the paneer pieces are not too thick.Grind ginger, garlic, onion and cashew nuts together to make a chutney. Finely chop one onion and one capsicum.
After this, add four or five spoons of ghee (cooking oil) in a pan and heat it. Add finely chopped onion and ginger, garlic, onion and cashew chutney and fry it and add salt according to your taste.
When it starts releasing ghee, add all the spices and curd and cook for a while. When it is cooked well, add little water to it and keep stirring it with a ladle.
After cooking for five minutes, add fried paneer pieces to it.Let it cook on low flame for ten minutes.
Then stop cooking and add two teaspoons of ground garam masala and some finely chopped coriander.
