Potatoes and Eggs recipe is a classic Indian dish that is loved by many people around the world.
It’s easy to make, and you can adjust the spice level to your liking. Today, I’m going to share with you an easy and delicious potatoes and Eggs recipe recipe that you can make at home.
Ingredients
Eggs:8 piece
Tomato:200 gram
Potatoes:400 gram
onion:2(chopped)
Garlic:30 gram
Ginger: 15 gram
Green chillies: 4 or 5 piece
Green coriander: a little bit (chopped)
Garam masala: half teaspoon
Red chilli: 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon: a little bit
Cumin powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Cloves:4 piece
Cardamom: 4 piece
Salt to taste
Ghee ( cooking oil):100 gram
method
Boil the egg, peel it and cut it into two pieces. Boil the potato and peel it and cut it into two pieces.
Make onion, garlic, ginger paste. Cut the tomato and keep it. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cinnamon, cumin powder, cloves, cardamom and roast it lightly.
After that add other spices. When spices and ghee start to separate, add potato and fry it.
After the potatoes are fried, add eggs and tomatoes to it. Add little water and cover the pan. then cook 4-5 minutes.
Garnish with green coriander while serving after it is cooked well.
Thus your potato and egg dish is ready.
